Hello and welcome to my efolio. I would first like to start out by introducing myself. My name is Shlynn' Hayes and I have worked in many different areas in the field of education for the past 9 years. Aside from working with youth I am a single parent of a beautiful young lady. Today's youth are dynamic individuals and I am proud to be a part of their growth and development. Group Facilitator Experience
Aside from working at a high school, I also facilitate two different groups for young women in grades 7th through 12th. One is a support group that focuses on issues that young women face today. The other group is a support group for African American young women. Another group that I am actively involved in is the Northern Elite All Stars. This is a competitive cheer squad that competes 9 months out of the year.
